By accessing or using PetPortrait AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PetPortrait AI is an independent platform that generates custom AI-powered pet portraits from user-uploaded photos. The Service uses third-party AI models to create stylized images. PetPortrait AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment processing is handled by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms and conditions. All sales are one-time payments — no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your portraits, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. User Content and Photo Uploads

By uploading photos, you confirm that you own the rights to those photos or have permission to use them. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. You grant PetPortrait AI a limited license to use your photos solely for the purpose of generating your portraits.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Not Safe For Work (NSFW), sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Violent, threatening, harassing, or hateful content
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The generated portraits are yours to use for personal purposes. PetPortrait AI retains the right to use generated images in an anonymized manner for improving the Service. The PetPortrait AI name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos are deleted after 24 hours. We never share your data with third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PetPortrait AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated results may vary — we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
