We collect your email address (for order delivery) and the photos you upload of your pet. Payment is processed by Creem — we never see your card details.
Your uploaded photos are sent to Replicate's API to train a custom AI model for your pet. This model is private and only accessible by our application. Photos and trained models are automatically deleted 30 days after your order is completed.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your photos, trained models, and generated images within 48 hours.
We use Replicate (AI model training and generation) and Creem (payment processing). Both are GDPR-compliant. We do not sell or share your data with any other parties.
