We collect your email address (for order delivery) and the photos you upload of your pet. Payment is processed by Creem — we never see your card details.
Your uploaded photos are sent to our AI image generation service to create custom portraits. Your photos are processed securely and automatically deleted within 24 hours after your order is completed.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your photos and generated images within 48 hours.
We use third-party AI models for image generation and Creem for payment processing. Both are GDPR-compliant. We do not sell or share your data with any other parties.
